At Healthylifestyles4u, we want to take you on a journey through your life to help you realize the best person you can be by re-discovering what it means to lead a happy, healthy, and fulfilled life. We’ll explore things like diet & nutrition, movement through various types of exercise, living with chronic disease, living as a senior, and fun things like hobbies, travel and more in an effort to bring you timely information covering various aspects of life. We’ll also include content that is meant to be educational, fun, entertaining and informative. All designed to help you be the best you can be wherever you may be on your journey to a healthy lifestyle.

My name is Kelly Lee. As someone who lives with several chronic conditions, I found it very difficult to find answers to my questions, to be able to educate myself and, learn of alternatives to care for my conditions so that I could help myself beyond the care I was receiving from my doctors.

Healthylifestyles4u was born from my journey to improve my quality of life and not be completely reliant on what the medical community says is the best “medicine” for what ails you. I realized that, if I was having this struggle and concerns, others might be too. So I decided to go public with my journey in an effort to help educate and support others in their quest to lead better lives - whether it be through health and lifestyle education, options for physical activity, or just coping with the drama and stresses of everyday life that we ALL encounter.

No one is immune to the the events that happen in the world on a daily basis. Some of these events impact us directly while others are felt from a distance. We all have our own fears, struggles, passions, loves, and goals that drive us and help shape us into the people we are and the people we want to be.

Most of us already know what we need to do, but very few of us know how to put those things into action to make them become reality. Sometimes, all we need is a caring nudge to get us going while other times, we need help breaking it down into bite-size, easily digested pieces so that it’s not so overwhelming.

In an effort to maximize your time, I hope to provide a one-stop-shop of sorts, where we can go to find answers and/or education about the things that interest you the most. I invite you to join me as I continue to navigate my way through this jungle of life. Together, we can become the people we know we are inside, and realize our potential to the best of our abilities, wherever we are right now.
